I hate beets, but in a vegetarian diet they are necessary because they are a rich source of iron. Ok! I came up with something that I was unsuspecting. Beets in this cocktail are almost imperceptible, despite the fact that there are a lot of them.
1 glass of coconut milk
1 big banana
100g of beets
2 tablespoons of honey
Peel the beets thinly from the skin and mix all ingredients. Cool before serving. Good Morning Sunday and Enjoy 🙂
