Banana-mandarin smoothie

Ingredients:

1 banana
1 mandarin
200ml natural kefir
1 teaspoon of dark chocolate flakes or droplets

Preparation:

Clean the mandarin from the skin and white threads. Divide into smaller pieces. Peel banana and cut into thicker slices. Fruits put into a blender and topped up with chilled kefir. Add chocolate droplets or flakes and mix everything smoothly.

Drink chilled. Do not sweeten, sugar, stevia or honey, because both banana and mandarin are naturally sweet.
