160g spinach, wild rocket and lettuce in one
225g of natural halloumi cheese – 1 cube
6 slices of pickles
1 red pepper
1/2 lemon juice
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
chilli powder, sea salt and pepper to taste
a pinch of xylitol
Serve halloumi cheese into slices and roast on a dry grill pan.
Clean the peppers from the seeds and cut into circles. Wash the courgettes and cut into slices. Roast.
At the end sprinkle with chilli powder, salt and pepper.
After removing the vegetables, roast sunflower seeds into golden colour.
Spinach, wild rocket and lettuce washed. Pour the squeezed lemon juice, sesame oil and add a pinch of xylitol. Mix everything thoroughly. You can season with sea salt and chilli.
Separate all ingredients on the plate as you like. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and radish sprouts.
