Fried noodles with beans and sundried tomatoes

Ingredients:

500g of any pasta (with me thick slices)
1 jar of sundried tomatoes in oil
1 can of white beans
1 can of coloured beans
100g green string bean
1 potato
3 cloves of garlic
freshly ground coloured pepper
fresh basil and parsley
oregano
Italian herbs
salt to taste

Preparation:

Cook pasta al dente in salted water with a little oil.
After cooking, strain in a colander.

In olive oil, fry the garlic pressed through the press

Remove the beans from cans on a sieve and rinse with running water. Arrange the green beans and divide into smaller pieces (you can use frozen). Peel the potato and cut into small cubes.
Put all the ingredients in a pan of fried garlic and mix thoroughly. Sauté until the beans and potato are soft.

In the meantime, when the beans are fried, cut the tomatoes into pieces. The size depends on your taste. I cut each into 3 pieces. Add to the beans and mix. Fry about 5 minutes all together.

Fill the whole dish with fresh basil and parsley. Add oregano and Italian herbs. Finally, use freshly ground pepper and salt to taste. Mix thoroughly. Add the drained pasta and stir again. Fry about 5 minutes. and ready.
