1 clove of garlic
8 olives with peppers
1 teaspoon of butter
a pinch of garlic salt with chili flakes
Pour the eggs into a bowl, add spices and mix.
Heat the butter in a frying pan. Garlic squeeze through the press, cut the olives in circles and fry in gold.
Pour the eggs over the fried olives with garlic. Fry until the top is cut off and then turn the omelette to the other side and fry for a moment in golden colour.
