Halloumi salad in tortilla bowls

Ingredients:

2 bowls of tortilla
2 slices of halloumi cheese (I buy this one from Lidl)
2 branches of chives
3 radishes
1/4 of red pepper
2 lettuce leaves
radish sprouts
1 tablespoon of olive oil
spices (Herbs de Provence, Italian herbs, a pinch of Himalayan salt, freshly ground pepper)

Preparation:

Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Remove the seed from the pepper. Cut the peppers into strips, radish slices. Chop the lettuce into small pieces, chop the chives. Put the vegetables into a bowl, pour olive oil and season with herbs, salt and pepper.

Cut two slices of cheese cubes and grill them in a dry pan until browned.

Pour the salad into tortillas. Put cheese on top and sprinkle with radish sprouts.
