Salad with tomato and radish



3 medium tomatoes
8 radishes
1 small leek
1 chilli pepper
radish sprouts
salt and pepper to taste
Wash the vegetables thoroughly. Cut the tips from the radish. Remove the seeds from the peppers.
Radishes cut into thin slices, tomatoes in quarters and leek in circles. Chop the chilli pepper into strips and then into small cubes. Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix. Season with salt and pepper. After applying to the plates sprinkle with radish sprouts. Serve with a tortilla or bread.
