220 ml of skimmed milk
90 g blueberries
20 g of blanched almonds
Pour the milk into the blender – preferably well chilled in the fridge. Banana cut into slices and add to milk. Add blueberry. If you do not have fresh, use iced – it tastes equally good.
Cut the chopped almonds and add to the fruit. Blend to a homogeneous mass.
Cool in the fridge before serving.
