Banana smoothie with mango, pineapple and strawberry

Ingredients:

220ml of skimmed milk
1 small banana
3 strawberries
1/4 mango
2 slices of pineapple

Preparation:

Pour the milk into the blender and add the peeled, sliced banana. Peel the mango from the skin and cut into slices. Pineapple dice. Drop into the blender.

Add the strawberries and blend to a homogeneous mass.
After the blend, put in the fridge and cool well before serving.
You can add ice cubes as you like.
