Omelette with asparagus

Ingredients:

70 g of green asparagus
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of cream
1 tablespoon of butter
salt, pepper to taste

Preparation:

Wash the asparagus and break off the woody tips. Then cut them leaving the flower tips in their entirety.

Dissolve a tablespoon of butter in the pan and put asparagus in. Fry on low heat for about 5 minutes.

Pour the eggs into the bowl. Add sour cream, salt, pepper and beaten with a fork.

Pour the egg mass over the fried asparagus and fry until the top is peeled. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
