220 ml natural kefir
30 g nuts (for me a mix of walnuts, cashew and hazelnuts)
Pour the kefir into the blender. It must be natural so as not to lose the taste of banana and nuts. Banana cut into slices and add to kefir. Pour nuts (you can chop them to smaller pieces to make them more blended) and blend to a smooth mass.
Before serving, cool in the fridge about 30 minutes.
