Omelette on duck eggs with herbs

Ingredients:

2 duck eggs
sprig of parsley
2 branches of chives
2 branches of dill
Himalayan salt to taste
a bit of black pepper
1/2 tablespoon of butter

Preparation:

Pour the eggs into the bowl. Chop the herbs (parsley, dill, chives) and add to the eggs. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Thoroughly stir the fork.

Melt the butter in a frying pan and pour the egg mass. Fry on both sides in golden colour.
