200g mixture (spelled, vermicelli, tomatoes)
1 can of red beans
1 can of black beans
1 can of chickpeas
2 cloves of garlic
pepper, salt to flavours
1/2 teaspoon of hot pepper
radish sprouts or other (may be cress)
Place the beans on a sieve and rinse. Same with chickpeas. Connect together.
Boil water with salt and oil in a pot. Pour the groats and cook about 15 minutes under cover. After this time, leave to evaporate.
Heat a little oil in the pan (about 2 tablespoons). Chop onions and dice in the pan. Garlic squeeze through the press and add to the onion. Fry until browned. Then add a mix of beans and fry together (about 5 minutes).
Add the groats to the fried beans. Mix everything thoroughly. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. Fry together for 5 minutes and ready.
Sprinkle sprouts or cress on top.
