Raspberry smoothie with nuts

Ingredients:

150ml of rice milk
140g raspberries
1 tablespoon of honey
20g walnuts

Preparation:

Put the washed raspberries into the blender or use the frozen ones if someone is not fresh. Pour rice milk. Chop the nuts and add to raspberries with milk. Add everything with a tablespoon of natural honey. Blend to a smooth mass. If you use fresh raspberries, cool them in the fridge before drinking, if they are frozen, drink them right away.
