Strawberry-banana milk shake with chia



250 ml of skimmed milk
1 banana
6 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tablespoon of chia seeds


Chilled skim milk in a refrigerator pour into a blender. Cut strawberries into pieces when they are fresh or whole when they are frozen. Pour into milk. Banana cut into slices and add to strawberries. Add a teaspoon of chia seeds (black and white for me).

The whole blend thoroughly. When it seems too thick, add a little milk. It should be a foam consistency. Serve chilled.
