Avocado smoothie with cherries and blueberries

Ingredients:

200ml of rice milk
200ml of non-carbonated mineral water
1 avocado
80g of cherries
40g blueberries
1 teaspoon of Milled Flaxseed with Bio Cultures & Vitamin D
optional 1 teaspoon of honey (I do not)

Preparation:

Cut the avocado along, twist and select pulp for the blender. Remove pits from sweet cherries. Wash together with blueberries and drop into the blender. Add milk cooled in the fridge and water. Fill everything with a teaspoon of grated linseed. All ingredients blend in to the creamy mass. If it is too thick, you can add water.
