Tomato soup with basmati rice

Ingredients:

2.5l of water
2 carrots
universal seasoning
maggi
1 tablespoon of fried onion
2 cans of Pelati tomatoes
1 glass of basmati rice
parsley
salt, pepper and hot pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of cream

Method:

Boil the water with a universal spice in a pot. Wash the carrots, peel and grate and pour into the soup. Add the fried onion. Place the tomatoes from the can into the blender and grate the puree. Add to the soup.

Cook on low heat for about 10 minutes. After this time, add rice. Stir and cook until the rice is soft. At the end season to taste maggi, salt, pepper and paprika. Add parsley and cream. Take off the fire.
