Omelette with mushrooms

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1 mushroom
1 teaspoon of butter
Himalayan salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Clean the mushroom and peel it. Wash thoroughly and cut into strips.
Heat a teaspoon of butter in a frying pan. Add mushrooms and fry for a golden moment.

Smear the eggs with a fork in a bowl with a little salt and pepper.

Pour the beaten eggs on the mushrooms and fry on both sides in golden colour.
