A light salad with chives



85 g of green cucumber
130 g tomatoes
120 g of red pepper
1 chilli pepper
1 leaf of iceberg lettuce
20 g chopped chives
1 tablespoon of olive oil
a pinch of spices (Herbs de Provence, Himalayan salt, black pepper)
radish sprouts
1 whole-wheat tortilla piece


Wash the vegetables thoroughly. Cut out the seed nest from the peppers. Remove the pits carefully from the chilli pepper. If someone does not like it spicy, do not add chilli.

Tomatoes cut into quarters, peppers in circles, and cut the cucumber in half and cut into half-slices. Chilli pepper in very small cubes.

Chop the chives. Place the lettuce leaf on the whole plate. Mix all ingredients.


In a small bowl, mix the olive oil with Herbs de Provence.
Before serving
Pour the vegetables with oil and mix thoroughly. Transfer to a plate with lettuce. Sprinkle with pepper and salt. Sprinkle with radish sprouts. Serve with a whole-wheat tortilla.
