200ml of still water
50g of watermelon
1 handful of fresh spinach
1 tablespoon oatmeal
1 tbsp Milled Organic Flaxseed Sunflower & Pumpkin Seeds
Pour the kefir into the blender. Add oatmeal and ground linseed with sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Add the red part of the watermelon, cut into pieces banana and diced peaches. Pour spinach over the top and pour over water. Blend until a smooth mass is obtained.
If the smoothie was too thick, you can make it with water.
Serve chilled in a refrigerator or with ice cubes.
