Black Forest Brownies



115 g butter
85 g of wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
55 g cocoa powder
2 eggs, slightly beaten
175 g of xylitol
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of almond extract
140 g seedless sweet cherries
a few whole sweet cherries
150 ml double cream
1 tablespoon of cherry liqueur
chocolate flakes


Sweet cherries wash and remove seeds. Cut into quarters.


Melt butter in a pan. After dissolving, remove from the oven and add cocoa. Mix to a homogeneous mass.


Add eggs, xylitol, vanilla extract, almonds extract and mix again. Finally, add the flour with the baking powder.


Finally, add cherries. Mix and transfer to the fruitcake mold.

Bake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes. At the end of baking, check with a stick if the inside is baked.

Remove to cool

Mix the cream rigidly. Brownie served sprinkled with chocolate flakes with cherries and cream.
