Smoothie with summer fruits

Ingredients:

250ml of skimmed milk
3-4 strawberries
3 blackberries
1 tablespoon of red currants
1 tablespoon of blackcurrants
possibly 1 teaspoon of xylitol or honey

Preparation:

Pour 250ml of skimmed, chilled milk into the blender. Sprinkle strawberries, blackberries, redcurrants and blackcurrants. Blanch to crush the fruit. If someone’s smoothie seems too little sweet or sour, I recommend adding 1 teaspoon of xylitol (stevia) or 1 teaspoon of honey. I personally taste natural.
Serve chilled.
