150ml Vegan kefir Biomel
100g fresh spinach
1/2 lemon juice
Pour the kefir into the blender. Peel the apples, divide them into quarters and cut out the seed nests. Throw in the blender. Add washed, fresh spinach. With half of the lemon, squeeze the juice and pour it into the rest of the ingredients. Blend everything together into a smooth mass.
Before serving it is good to cool in the fridge or add a few ice cubes if it seems that the smoothie is too thick to drink.
