Green smoothie with kale and lemon grass



250 ml of skimmed milk
1/3 mango without peel
1 banana
1-2 kale leaves
1-2 branches of lemongrass
To decorate the mint leaves


Pour the milk into the blender. Add sliced mangos and a banana. Cut the kale into smaller pieces and chop the lemon grass. Add to the blender and mix thoroughly. Before serving, refrigerate for about 30 minutes or drink immediately if the milk was from the refrigerator.
You can decorate with mint leaves.
