Dark Cherry Smoothie Bowl

Hot, hot, hot … There’s nothing better than refreshment in the early morning. After yesterday’s very busy day for me, today I’m finally calm. I’m already jogging and before HipHop ABS. What in between? Of course, a refreshing, healthy bowl. How little it takes to be happy 🙂

Ingredients:

1/2 cup frozen summer berries (redcurrant, blackcurrant, raspberries, blackberries)

1/2 cup frozen cherries, pitted

1 cup baby spinach

1/4 cup roasted seeds (pumpkin, sunflower)

1/4 cup plant milk

1tbsp maple syrup

Method:

Toss all the ingredients into your blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into the bowl and start dig it 🙂
