1/2 red pepper
10 g of chopped chives
salt, pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of butter
Smear the eggs in a bowl. Add salt, pepper and chopped chives.
Chop the onion into cubes.
Heat the tablespoon of butter in a frying pan, toss the onions and fry them in a slightly gold colour.
Cut the peppers into circles or strips, if you like, and add them to the onion. Temporarily fry until the peppers are slightly softened.
Pour the egg mixture over the fried onions and pepper. Fry on low heat for a golden colour on both sides.
