Mango and Pineapple Smoothie Bowl with Raspberry Sauce


Yesterday at PYO farm I collected these fresh and juicy raspberries and red currants. Of course, most of them were immediately eaten, but some survived today’s smoothie. 98134108-0C14-488B-803B-331EB7DCC84D

So in two bowls you need:

  • The Sauce:

1 cup fresh raspberries

1 tsp water

1 tbsp.  maple syrup

  • Smoothie:

4 bananas, peeled

1 1/2 frozen pineapple, chunks

1 1/2 frozen mango, chunks

1 cup almond milk

2 scoops vegan vanilla ice cream


Put all the sauce ingredients to the pan and heat for 5 – 8 minutes or when raspberries will completely disintegrate. Put the sauce on a sieve to get rid of the seeds  and set aside to cool down. All the ingredients for smoothie put to the blender and mix thoroughly. Combine smoothie with raspberry sauce and start dig it 🙂 Enjoy 🙂
